8:30 a.m. - 1K Little Steps
8:55 a.m. - Welcome and Warm-up
9:15 a.m. - 5K start
9:30 a.m. - 10K start
Suggested Arrival Time: 8:00 a.m.
To have the most enjoyable race day experience, please give yourself plenty of time before your race. Factor in timing for: getting to the event site, parking, toilet use (which may include wait time), getting into your start corral, deep breathing and getting into your groove! Note: There will be no event day registration.

Please bring all cash/cheque donations to the CMHA Waterloo Wellington tent at the race, along with a pledge form and provide it to a CMHA Waterloo Wellington on-site representative.

Lace up with Love – While many participants wear their heart on their sleeves, let’s also encourage them to show some love on their laces. Participants can use beaded letters and colourful symbols like hearts to spell out a message of love or the loved one they’re walking or running for.

Virtual Participation Information
What do I get with my Virtual registration?
With your Virtual registration, you will receive a Technical T-shirt, Bracelet, our Legendary Swag Bag and FREE Home Delivery of your race kit.
How does a virtual walk/run work?
A virtual walk/run can be completed from anywhere, anytime before or on the in-person event day. You can walk/run your own route at your own pace. Do what you feel comfortable doing. The most important thing is that you are participating to support women’s mental health programs in your community while being active.
When can I complete my virtual walk/run?
The deadline to complete your walk/run and submit your virtual results is May 15, 2022.
Do I need a bib number to participate?
No, you don't need a bib number to participate. A digital bib will however be available on our website for download.
How do I record my walk/run time?
The Wednesday before the event (May 11) you will receive an email with your timing link where you can submit your time. To track your time, use any of your favorite timing apps. You will have the option to submit your walk/run results through the personalized link that will be emailed to you.
Do I have to walk/run the full distance at one time?
As long as you fully track your walk/run and complete the distance you've registered for before the submission deadline, you are welcome to take breaks or split up your distance over more than one day.
