The Royal is planning to open a walk-in Resource Centre that is focused on gender, health and sexuality for vulnerable populations including (but not limited to) racialized (IRER) women and women of indigenous culture. The Resource Centre will be staffed with diverse counsellors, providing care in five languages. Services to be offered include: trauma counselling, psychotherapy, peer support, advocacy and healthcare system navigation.
