From July 4-11, 2021, thousands of walkers, runners and rollers will MOVE. SHARE. and GIVE. in support of Women’s mental health programs across Canada.
You can complete your virtual walk/run from anywhere July 4-11! You choose your own route or pick one of our city routes.
Use your favourite app or device to track your progress and submit your time using the personal timing link that will be sent to you via email a few days before the event begins.
After you submit your time using your personal timing link, download your custom Official Run for Women Finisher’s Certificate to commemorate your achievement.
We want to see your smiling face after you finish! Get your Official Run for Women Finisher photo by uploading a selfie to your SportStats profile and share on Facebook or Instagram. Don’t forget to tag us on Instagram @runforwomen and on Facebook @RunforWomenSeries as much as you can so we can share your photos with our community. Use the hashtags #shoppersloveyou #runforwomen.
Share with us why you’re moving for women’s mental health or who you’re moving for! Show us your crew wearing your Technical T-Shirts, or the amazing route you chose.
