To have the most enjoyable race day experience, please give yourself plenty of time before your race. Factor in timing for: getting to the event site, parking, toilet use (which may include wait time), getting into your start corral, deep breathing and getting into your groove!
There is limited parking at Edworthy Park. It is recommend that participants park at Market Mall.

Free Parking & shuttles are available at Market Mall. IMPORTANT: Designated parking area and shuttles run from the NE corner of the mall - at the corner of 40 Ave NW and Shaganappi Trail NW.

Due to an unavoidable pinch point on the course, In order to safely accommodate all participants, no dogs or double-wide strollers will be permitted on the course. We ask that participants walk/run no more than 2 side-by-side and to keep to the right of the path as this will allow for participants to pass from behind, on the left. Also, this course is shared with the public so please be courteous of other pedestrians and cyclists.
Offline Donations
Please bring all cash/cheque donations to the Calgary Health Foundation tent at the race, along with a pledge form and provide it to a Calgary Health Foundation on-site representative.

Virtual Participation Information
What do I get with my Virtual registration?
With your Virtual registration, you will receive a Technical T-shirt, Bracelet, our Legendary Swag Bag and FREE Home Delivery of your race kit.
How does a virtual walk/run work?
A virtual walk/run can be completed from anywhere, anytime before or on the in-person event day. You can walk/run your own route at your own pace. Do what you feel comfortable doing. The most important thing is that you are participating to support women’s mental health programs in your community while being active.
When can I complete my virtual walk/run?
The deadline to complete your walk/run and submit your virtual results is June 15, 2024.
Do I need a bib number to participate?
No, you are not required to wear your bib (which will be delivered to you with your Race Kit). However, we encourage you to wear your bib if you're taking pictures and posting on social media!
How do I record my walk/run time?
The Wednesday before the event (June 12) you will receive an email with your timing link where you can submit your time. To track your time, use any of your favorite timing apps. You will have the option to submit your walk/run results through the personalized link that will be emailed to you.
Do I have to walk/run the full distance at one time?
As long as you fully track your walk/run and complete the distance you've registered for before the submission deadline, you are welcome to take breaks or split up your distance over more than one day.
